The goal of the Summit is to provide information and a forum that will help address the persistent challenges faced by our commercial corridor and all other business operating in this this area of San Francisco. The over 3,000 businesses here are a critical part of the San Francisco’s economy (No other San Francisco supervisorial district has as much PDR [production, distribution and repair] businesses as Bayview). These businesses provide access to essential goods and services, create jobs and economic opportunities and make essential contributions to San Francisco’s vitality and distinct character.
